Women’s Fitness & Strength Training
This is to continue the journey you’ve started as we build on what you’ve learned up to this point. We will also move to more specific exercises that target the major muscle groups. New members are also welcome.
Who should attend: Women looking to learn correct lifting form and change their body composition.
When: Every Monday & Thursday from 6:15 to 7:15 P.M.
Where: Sportsplex of Halfmoon
Do I need special Equipment? No…just shirt, shorts and sneakers and a strong desire to work hard.
