Mens Fitness & Strength
P.I.T. is offering a new program designed for men who have a desire to learn the proper way to train with weights or have been away from weight training for a while and want to get back into it. We take away the anxiety of “I would like to weight train but don’t know what to do”. We offer a small group environment with hands on training. You’ll learn what to do, as well as why you should do it. It’s educational as well as physical. So….if you were looking for the reason to start to get more physically active, increase your strength and learn how to change the shape of your body, here it is.
Who should attend: Men ages 18 to 100.
When: Mondays 7:15 PM and Wednesday 6:00 PM
Where: P.I.T. Power & Strength Training Facility at the Sportsplex of Halfmoon
Do I need special Equipment? No…just shirt, shorts and sneakers and a strong desire to work hard.
Cost: $120 for 3 months or save with $210 for 6 months
