Girls Basketball Speed/Agility/Strength
P.I.T. is offering a program for High School Girls Basketball players to improve their speed, agility, flexibility and strength. Players will spend time working in small groups on specific drills that improve body movement and learn techniques and exercises that make them stronger and better athletes and basketball players. We will challenge them both mentally and physically including introducing them to the concept of mental conditioning. P.I.T. specializes in training high school and colleges athletes of all sports in both strength training and S&A. We have worked with many of the Shen athletes, including Kevin Huerter, Mr. Basketball NYS, Brandon Fischer, Thomas Huerter, Luke Hicks, Carly Boland the Sect. 2 player of the year, Morgan O’Brien and Erika Ryan. We have many D1 college athletes as well. Our list of high school clients covers all levels from Class AA to Class D.
Athletes are personally trained each session…we don’t hand out sheets and say “Do this”.…we work with each athlete and guide them through every workout personally.
Who should attend: All high school athletes
When: 2 sessions every week….Either Every Monday/Wednesday 5:15 to 6:15 or Tues/Thurs 5:15 to 6:15
Where: Sportsplex of Halfmoon (Right off route 9 near Walmart in Clifton Park)
Do I need special Equipment? No…just shirt, shorts and sneakers and a strong desire to work hard.
Cost: $105 for 3 months (Aug-Oct)
