Spring Power & Strength Training Session
P.I.T. Power & Strength will be offering a classes on how to lift for BOTH power and strength (there is a difference). If you are a linemen and want to get stronger and have more power so you push the other teams around next year…..or if you’re a perimeter player that wants to put on more size and become a more powerful runner/tackler…..then you should attend these classes and learn the lifts, how to do them correctly, how to combine them correctly and the proper nutrition that goes along with all of this. If you’re serious about making Shen the strongest, most powerful team in Sect. 2 then now is the time to start! Seniors, if you want to join us to get bigger or prepare for college sports, you are welcome to join us as well.
Who should attend: Football players looking to learn.

Varsity : Tuesday(5:15 PM) Thrus (5:15 P.M), and Saturday (11:00 A.M)
JV : Tuesday(6:15 PM) Thrus (7:15 P.M), and Saturday (12:00 P.M)
Grad Seniors : Monday(5:15 PM) Weds(5:15 P.M), and Saturday (11:00 P.M)
Frosh: Wednesday(6:15 PM) and Saturday (12:00 P.M)
Where: P.I.T. Power & Strength Training Facility at the Sportsplex of Halfmoon
Do I need special Equipment? No…just shirt, shorts and sneakers and a strong desire to work hard.
