An intense 1 hr workout in which you will work both muscular and cardiovascular endurance. We employ dynamic exercises grouped together for intense physical and mental conditioning, along with weights, power bands and plyometric exercises for optimum conditioning!
Workouts are from 5:30-6:15am Mon, Wed, Fri
