Our Model

Why is our model successful….Because we don’t use a pre-scripted workout program that you mindlessly work through.  We personally work you out, each workout is designed for you, based on your current health, past workouts, frequency and progress.  You’re never on your own…we are with you every workout, teaching you the right form (safety first!) and educating you on why and how each exercise will help you.
